However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and other factors.

Because many furniture products use soft materials, foam, upholstery, or compressed packaging, minor variations in dimensions, shape, appearance, texture, or firmness may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, specifications, materials, delivery requirements, and applicable policies before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 4 – COMPRESSED FURNITURE

Certain Havvak Home sofas and upholstered furniture may be vacuum-compressed for transportation.

After the packaging is opened, compressed furniture may require time to expand and recover its intended shape.

Because these products cannot reasonably be restored to their original compressed shipping condition after decompression, opened or decompressed sofas and compressed furniture are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds solely due to personal preference, comfort preference, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other non-defective reasons.

This does not affect claims involving verified defects, shipping damage, incorrect products, or other issues attributable to Havvak Home or our fulfillment partners.

SECTION 5 – PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may change without notice.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected when required based on applicable laws and the customer's delivery location.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or other inaccuracies. If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you regarding the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS & BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

This may include orders associated with suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information when placing an order.

Havvak Home is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Havvak Home currently offers shipping to eligible addresses within our designated delivery areas.

Shipping availability, estimated delivery times, and applicable restrictions may vary depending on the product, warehouse, carrier, and destination.

Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses, and products within the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Standard delivery does not include furniture assembly, room-of-choice delivery, removal of existing furniture, or other additional services unless specifically stated.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Return eligibility varies by product type.

In particular:

Opened or decompressed sofas and compressed furniture are generally not eligible for non-defective or change-of-mind returns.

For other eligible furniture products, approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs and associated return expenses.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should inspect their products promptly after delivery and report eligible damage or defects within the timeframe specified in that policy.

SECTION 9 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may generally be canceled before they have entered fulfillment or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders already in transit must be delivered before an eligible return request can be considered.

Customers should not refuse delivery without authorization from Havvak Home. Unauthorized refusal may result in applicable return shipping, storage, redelivery, or carrier charges.
